Updated the Windows installer to package Lua lgi DLLs and scripts from the Lua 2.1 paths produced by the build, instead of the older paths, so the files are found during packaging.

* start menu - will now show the relevant window
* desktop
* quick launch
on uninstall, all will be removed on uninstall
