99afc684fd Enchance the emacs wiki article, by adding the "Point" subsection 
inside GNU Emacs terminology.  Also deletes an unnecessary mild usage
suggestion in "Frame" subsection.

a953cd9ca1 Correct emacs.md wiki article 
I learned that it is "a GNU Emacs", rather than "an GNU Emacs";
because the "g" in "GNU" is read as one syllable hard "g".

ea6ec3738f Clarify language requirement for CGI executables 
Binary executable without an extension are sent to the client like any other file. Adding a .cgi extension makes the web server run the executable.

5dbb7bbebc Use system version of Liberation Mono font whenever available 
This fixes a non-antialiased font rendering problem
introduced by commit 79859e0037
on systems which already have Liberation Mono font installed.

This change is a fix-forward replacement of a previously-submitted
patch, that was improperly applied as a commit
96452278cc.

This patch is provided to Tilde.club under the terms of
GNU General Public License, any version
published by the Free Software Foundation.
